Teriyaki Chicken Marinade

This teriyaki chicken marinade is easy to mix up and adds so much flavor to your chicken.

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Place chicken in a large ziplock bag. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken, and seal the bad, squeezing out all the air.
  • Move the chicken around in the marinade until it is evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
  • Grill, pan fry, or bake the chicken until it reaches 165ยบ F.
  • Let chicken rest, tented in foil, for 5 minutes before serving.
