Teriyaki Chicken Marinade
This teriyaki chicken marinade is easy to mix up and adds so much flavor to your chicken.
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Place chicken in a large ziplock bag. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, and seal the bad, squeezing out all the air.
- Move the chicken around in the marinade until it is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
- Grill, pan fry, or bake the chicken until it reaches 165ยบ F.
- Let chicken rest, tented in foil, for 5 minutes before serving.
